Support Program Manager in preparing requirement’s documents; deliverables and other related documents.
Develop briefing materials, technical and other relevant artifacts.
Develop, deliver and support the creation of document packages in support of procurement operations.
Effectively communicate using verbal and written communication skills, and think strategically.
Balance multiple priorities and support the full cycle of proposal development from requirement analysis to final production.
Duties include researching, writing, editing and proofreading technical data.
Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style.
Write all aspects of technical proposals including cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, biographies, project descriptions, project approach, etc.
Gather and synthesize information specific to the proposal, tailored to the scope and evaluation criteria identified by the client.
Coordinate with PiTech technical, management and client personnel to develop proposal content.
Maintain version control of all documents, incorporate edits and feedback.
Sequentially and simultaneously maintain, update, and revise multiple drafts, ensuring accurate version control.
Proofread and edit all proposal documentation.
5+ years of federal proposal and grant writing experience
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology
Ability to consolidate technical inputs and analyses and produce logical understandable documents.
Ability to explain concepts clearly
Ability to work under pressure and met deadlines
Ability to work in team environments across a diverse set of projects with multiple stakeholders
Solid written communication, planning and organization skills
Accuracy in grammar, spelling, math, calculation, computation
Timeliness in terms of meeting deliverable deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with scientific, research and technical writing
Good understanding of government acquisition/procurement processes and procedures
Quality Assurance and Project Performance Measurement experience
Willingness to complete government background check (Public Trust Clearance)
Understanding of industry best practices guidelines (ITIL, CMMI, SAFe, ISO 9000) desired
Shipley Business Development Certification is preferred
