We're in the business of making people happy and teaching them something about themselves and the world through travel.

Success in this role looks like:

> All Lost Travel trips are sold out for 2021.

> A growing newsletter subscriber list / waitlist for future trips.

Your responsibilities will be:

> Planning and executing campaigns to acquire new customers using channels such as: social media, > email, online ads, print ads, channel partners, and whatever other channel you think will work.

> Reviewing the data and iterating to improve conversions and costs

> Suggest (and possibly executing on) website changes to improve conversion

You must be willing to:

> Use your creativity to come up with campaigns.

> Get your hands dirty by writing copy, making designs

> Look into the data and make decisions

> Receive constructive feedback on campaigns

> Work with a limited budget

> Work at a face pace with little oversight

> Put yourself out there on behalf of Lost... post on message boards, talk with real people, make phone calls, etc

Qualifications:

> You must have a HIGH standard for quality: Good design, Zero tolerance for typos, and hyper-aware of what is and isn't on-brand.

> You must have experience in generating registrations for one of the following: adventure races, sports races, obstacle course races, multi-sport events, adventure travel companies, or other outdoor experiences.

> Must have personal experience with and excitement for adventure travel

We're looking for somebody to join in a Contract or Freelance role with a commitment of at least 10 hours per week. The commitment is for at least 3 months with the opportunity for this to extend longer or become a full time role.

Our ideal compensation structure is a small monthly stipend plus commission paid for actual registrations. All of this is negotiable based on experience, energy and commitment. If you're excited about the opportunity and meet the requirements, we're happy to talk.
