Sales Specialist

Wavetron Enterprise is searching for talented Sales Specialists with a minimum of 10years experience to join our sales team, in selling our engineering, technical, maintenance solutions and services nationwide.

must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S

must have a valid driver license

General Responsibilities and Requirements:

Perform lead generation and prospecting.

Follow up with prospects effectively until the deal is closed.

Convert leads into active clients or customers.

Must establish good and effective relationships with clients.

Must meet sales quota set by Wavetron Enterprise.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be a fast learner in order to grasp our company’s business model.

Must have experience in technical sales to adapt into our nation-wide engineering and maintenance service model.

Must have experience in B2B sales, B2C sales,outside sales, and cold-calling.

Must be able to work with our sales and marketing team to achieve sales goals set by Wavetron Enterprise.

Must have good interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills.

Prepare spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents as assigned and assure that these documents are directed to the appropriate parties.

Assist in creating and developing business and office infrastructure and processes by offering suggestions and ideas to streamline office operations, increase efficiency.

Maintain professional working relationships with prospective and existing clients, external subcontractors, other contacts, and all internal personnel.

Assist generally in the daily conduct of Company’s business activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to take initiative, be flexible, organized and detail-oriented.

Must be able to follow-through on all assignments, multi-task, work independently and as a team player.

Demonstrated ability to identify issues and propose and execute meaningful solutions.

Use provided CRM Softwares, PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook effectively.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in business related field with 10 years experience in sales. (Required).

Experience:

Technical sales experience: 10 years experience (required).

Construction experience: 10 years experience (required).

Project estimating: 10 years experience (required).

Cold calling: 10 years experience (required).

Automotive sales 10 years experience (referred,not required)

Outside sale: 10 years experience (required)

Job Type:

Full-time.

Pay:

$42,100.00 - $83,600.00 per year (commission).

Benefit Conditions:

Only full-time employees are eligible.

12 months waiting period will apply.

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday (average weekly hours is 40 hrs).

May require weekends, holidays, and over-time.

Location:

Travel Required:

Minimum 70% travel time required for this job position.

Work Remotely:

Temporarily due to COVID-19.

Will be required to meet with clients if needed, as directed by Wavetron Enterprise.
