We are currently hiring a full-time administrative assistant for a fast-paced insurance office. As an administrative assistant you will assume the receptionist duties as well as perform clerical needs of the agent. You will be the point of reference for all questions, requests or issues and will be an important part of the agent's team.


- Organize and set agent appointments

- Answer phone calls

- Assist walk-ins clients

- Process customer service requests

- Schedule Client Review Appointments

- Assist with Cross-selling

- Help customers with Billing questions, and payments

- Provide Clients and Lenders Proof of Insurance Documents

- Collect Membership Payments

- Any and all other duties assigned by the Manager

Required Skills:

- Detail-Oriented

- Strong customer service

- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work

- Self-starter

- Able to Manage several projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

- Integrity and Professionalism

- Excellent written and verbal Communications

- Insurance License preferred
