Human Resources Manager - $90-100K – Automotive Products Manufacturing (400-500 employees) - Will be a key member of the plant leadership team and be a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture, and employee engagement. Responsible for Staff of 5, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, HR Administration; Benefits/Payroll Administration; Compensation and Rewards; Accounting oversight to payroll team; HRIS/Information Management; Legal Compliance; ADP, E-Time and Attendance; Organizational Development; Policy and Procedures; Training and Development; Safety and Workers’ Compensation; Affirmative Action Policy and Procedures This is a highly visible role in a key facility that has both strategic and tactical components.
BS degree required, MS/MBA a plus. 5-10 years of experience in HR with 3+ years managing an HR department in a manufacturing facility/Plant experience (over 300 employees). Prefer automotive manufacturing but will consider heavy industrial type manufacturing environment such as metals, chemicals, pulp & paper, ect - Customer and business focused. Strategic, not process driven, and be able to deliver results according to plan, yet be tactical and hands on. Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
