Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Must have OND/HND/BSc in related field of study, MSc is a plus
Must possess leadership and organizational skills
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must have problem-solving aptitude
Must not be more than 27 years of Age.
