-At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales and Digital Marketing

-Native Korean and fluent English proficiency

-Candidate must be based in Korea

-Minimum education requirement: Bachelor Degree


-Have keen interest in sales and marketing

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

-Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity



-80% of the job is Inbound calls (Call in enquiries), 20% of the job is outbound calls (follow up calls)

-Assist Korean speaking client with their advertising enquiries

-Follow up with Korean speaking client by conducting outbound calls, providing the tools, to support and improve client's experience.

-Manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue

-Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space

-Provide pre and post-sales support for all products

-Provide product and tool support to improve clientsâ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend

-Become an expert on all client's advertising solutions

-Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients

-Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

-Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products have used our products to grow their business

-Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer
