Position Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing Department

Salary range: RM 10k – 20k

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

· Develops digital marketing strategy

· Deliver and manage good digital content

· Oversee all the company's social media accounts, and responsible for the KPI (Engagement, SOV, etc.)

· Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis

· Reviews online statistics, changes to the marketplace and identifies the best practice to optimize online marketing performance or changes plans accordingly

· Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

· Collaborates with internal teams to create digital campaigns

· Plan and allocate digital media budget based on KPI and data

· Monitor media budget and campaigns closely

· Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

· Organize and lead digital marketing team

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent

· At least 9 years of digital marketing working experiences in FMCG, digital marketing agency and/ or consumer electronics industry

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards work

· Mature, meticulous and highly motivated person

· Outstanding leadership and organization skills

· Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

· Good team player

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Strong command of spoken and written English; an excellent writer with oral and written skills of second language, Mandarin and Malay will be advantageous
