SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Financial Specialist for our client in Norfolk, VA. The person will prepare monthly customer financial reports, analyze and verify cost reporting and support monthly closing activities.
Work with the program management team to generate monthly customer financial reports.
Ensure subcontract and customer invoices are accurate by reviewing project billings.
Manage financial performance projections.
Ensure the proper recording and documentation of financial information as needed.
Prepare cost and pricing proposals.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5 years of finance and accounting experience required.
Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles required.
Strong experience with MS Office Suite, primarily Excel required.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of Deltek Costpoint modules required.
Experience with a fast pace high volume environment required.
