Functional Consultant

- Strong financial systems application knowledge and a sound understanding of accounting principles

- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools, Ability to conduct business requirements gathering and documentation using flowcharts, process modeling, and forms

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Great ability to respond to inquiries promptly, Ability to identify and resolve problems or assist in the development of creative solutions, when necessary

- Ability to lead, encourage and influence others to perform

- Effective and high quality customer service skills
