Senior Employment Facilitator

Our client is seeking a qualified Senior Employment Facilitator, who has the experience and ability to Facilitate all DOL courses identified by the Site Lead as needing a Senior Facilitator and mentor new facilitators. Veterans or Vet spouses are encourage to apply.

Travel: Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

>BA/BS degree from accredited university and at least 3 yrs Transition Assistance (TAP) training experience OR an Associate’s degree and 5 yrs Transition Assistance (TAP) training experience.

>Previous experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes

>Previous experience as a Transition Assistance (TAP) classroom instructor or career counselor

>Able to communicate effectively, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.

>Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

>Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
