Prompt answering of all incoming calls;
Capture reservations on main frame system and inform the customer of relevant rates, terms and conditions;-
Forward quotes to customers and information on general enquiries;
Follow-up on all quotes to customers – turn each enquiry into a reservation;
Meet minimum call and reservation quotas to meet set daily targets;
General Call Centre duties and administration tasks;
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum 2 years Call Centre experience in a service-driven business environment.
- Computer literacy requirements: intermediate level in MS Office Word – Basic Excel.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and project management skills
- Must have a drivers’ license.
- Must have own transport.
