We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Assistant to join our APAC team based in Sydney. In this newly created position, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and APAC Region Manager with the whole recruitment lifecycle and other HR activities.
This is a great role for someone who has studied Business/ HR or related degree to be able to use their theory and gain practical experience in a growing software leader company ensuring the HR department is organised and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees.
Job Description for HR Assistant :
While this role is full time, we accept applications from candidates that are interested in a part-time role working 5-6 hours each day. Flexible working options will be discussed as necessary with suitable applicants.
RESPONSIBILITIES for HR ASSISTANT :
Assist in the recruitment of team members in the APAC Region, including job posting, CV and phone screening
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Coordinate the onboarding of new team members as they join our Company
Maintain HR documentation including policies and procedures
