Construction Project Manager

Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion

Reviewing the Project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost

Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation

Coordinate and direct construction worker and subcontractors

Select tools, Materials and equipment and track inventory

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Review the work progress on daily basis

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Negotiate Terms of agreements, Draft contract and obtain permit and licenses

Analyse, manage and mitigate risks

Ensure quality construction Standards and the use of proper construction techniques

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS degree in Construction management, architecture, Engineering

At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry.

With 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management

Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Must have strong interpersonal and communication Skills

Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
