Responsibilities
• Switchboard management - screen calls, assist where possible, redirect or take accurate
messages and ensure follow up
• Act as first point of contact - welcome and assist visitors
• Maintain reception area
• Manage access control
• Provide office support and manage general office administration
• Ad hoc duties as required

Minimum Requirements /qualifications
• Matric Certificate / Grade 12 or similar
• A minimum of 3 years of reception/administration/customer service working experience
• Post matric Receptionist/office administration Certificate / Diploma
• Computer literate in MS Office - Word, Excel (advanced) and Outlook
• SAP working experience will be an advantage
• Willing and able to work in a Permanent position
