Professional experience
Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook/waiter
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
River ship’s experience is an advantage
In-depth knowledge of the menu and food
Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the breakfast preparation
Active assistance of preparing daily meals
Professional food handling including buffet and guest service
Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
Compliance with FXCZ requirements and labelling
Active support of the other departments on board

Working hours: 42 per week (overtime will be compensated)
6 weeks On / 2 weeks Off
