We are currently looking for an Art Director to join our agile and nimble workforce. This is a contract/ freelance position that allows you to work with the brightest creative minds from around the world and deliver results that will make our clients proud. Our team generally works during UTC +8 and utilizes collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion to keep our projects on track.
What your main focus will be:
Generating visual concepts for internal and client campaigns, including videos and graphic assets such as marketing collateral, print design, digital assets (websites, emails), logos and branding
Initiating brainstorming sessions and pitching ideas internally to the creative director and the creative team
Managing and mentoring designers by providing clear direction, reviewing work and giving feedback
Establishing conceptual and stylistic direction for various client projects, including Adobe projects
Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all agency campaigns
Actively evolving design strategies which promote excellence and client satisfaction

Ability to frequently produce original ideas and visual concepts
A strong eye for visual details and accuracy
Expert skills in design and art software, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite
Application of creative thinking and sense of aesthetics
Familiarity with various digital tools and platforms
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver work on time and of quality
