Ground handling we have 3 departments mainly into operations. They r customer service, security and Ramp.
Customer service :-
Providing customer service to the customer right from entry into airport for checkin at origin station till they step out at destination.
Security:-
Ensuring security is maintained strictly as per BCAS standards.
Ramp:-
Supervision of operations at Tarmac and to ensure flight departs ontime with safety and security..
