Territory Manager – Sales and Service
$80,000 – $120,000 plus Bonus + Benefits & Paid Relocation to Arkansas
This Industrial Service & Maintenance company is growing and expanding their business. They are looking a Territory Manager or Business Unit Leader who will be responsible for people, Processes and P&L. The Manager should be able to effectively run and Sales and Service operation devoted to Industrial Equipment (Cranes, Hoist, Conveyers, and related equipment). As the Territory Manager, you’ll need to be able to bids for and management of various sized and scoped projects which will include working with third parties such as Pipefitters, Millwrights, Ironworkers, etc. Looking for someone who will excel in a fast-paced environment.
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, training, and supporting a team of technicians, administrators, and support staff. You will prepare and track project schedule, budget, and goals. You will also coordinate crew, transportation, equipment, and material procurement. Manage the entire projects to include budget, forecasting, subcontractor selection, purchase orders and scheduling. In this role, you will also lead the daily operational planning meetings with key project personnel, travel some with sales team, and provide input to overall planning and scheduling. Other skills and experiences include experience with installation of Cranes, Crane-related equipment, Conveyers, Structural Steel, and Industrial Equipment. Also, knowledge of heavy lift equipment and/or plant operations, hydraulics, lift trucks, slide systems and other specialized rigging equipment.

Minimum requirements for this Territory Manager – Sales and Service position:
• BS Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Similar
• At least 3 years of Management experience in overhead Cranes or similar
• At least 5 years of experience with Major Construction Project management
• Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling
• Demonstrated Leadership skills.
