Technical Service Representative
1st Shift, Monday - Friday
7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, flexibility to stay until 6pm.
Optional OT on Saturdays
Full Time Opportunity
Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products for marine electronics (electric trolling motors).
No outbound cold calling.
Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and Johnson Outdoors.
Provide technical advice and product information.
Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system.
Meet department goals and objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Small, friendly office environment.
