1 Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends and opportunities
2 Conduct training and execute strategic business plans in achieving sales target goals.
3 Conduct sales training leadership to sales team members.
4 Managed the entire sales process through cold calling appointments.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with a sales team and implement target sales
plan.
5 Collaborates well with operational resources to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
during and after the sales process.
6 Motivate direct reports to achieve assigned quotas, increasing sales productivity and revenue
growth.
Perform regular performance feedback to sales team, coaching and mentorship.
7 Demonstrate consistent daily execution, focus, and accountability.
8 Develop measurable metrics for the sales team.
9 Meet quota responsibility per month.
10 Execute corporate sales and marketing plans as determined by the company.
11 Other task may be assigned by the CEO/President/Sales Distribution Manager from time to time.
