This person would be over the pouch and bagging department as well as the slitting and laminating department, so overseeing around 45-50 people. Ideal candidate will have wide web flexible packaging experience or converting/bag/pouch machine managing experience. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and have strong leadership abilities.
