Process Engineer / Relief Supervisor – Pulp Area

Salary $80,000 – $95,000 + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the USA Mid-West

World Class Manufacturing Company that is financially sound is seeking a Process Engineer / Relief supervisor for the Pulping and Power area of the mill. This facility is located in the Midwest.

You’ll be responsible for the development of new procedures to improve mill operations. Support quality control programs, including training of operators regarding technical procedures. Support the production departments in troubleshooting acute and chronic technical issues. Backup for the various environmental programs in the mill. Develop, evaluate, and execute projects to improve quality and reduce costs including capital expenditures.

We are looking for an engineer that wants to progress into senior level positions. Several positions in this mill will come open over the next few years due to retirements. This is a Pulp & Paper Mill where employees tend to stay and be promoted. However, this client is large enough that you can also transfer to other mills within the division or company.

Requirements for this Pulp area Process Engineer / Relief Supervisor:

• MUST have at least 3 years of experience in the Pulping Department in the Paper Industry

• BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science.
