1)You have to take frequent reports from the sub-managers about how the sales are going on in the groups they are handling.
2) Document those reports in the form of a statement or invoice to be delivered to general manager for inspection.
3) Devise strategies along with the Sub-managers to improve sales in the market.
4) Maintain family-like and friendly environment amongst the sub-managers.
5) Manage stipends of all the sub-managers.
6) Coordinate with other managers.
