Brainrocket is growing tremendously and we continue to conquer new countries! Now we're looking for a German Customer Support (native) to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Experience and qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
Analytical skills
Ability to work in a multitasking environment
Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
