Our client company is seeking an experience engineer to serve as Engineering support for E&I Maintenance Department in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical chemical plant equipment.

You must be willing to:

• Evaluate electrical systems/products/components/applications

• Provide technical support/troubleshooting for plant instrument/electrical equipment

• Provide solutions to recurring maintenance problems

• Design testing methods/properties

• Assist in planning/implementation of turnarounds/projects

• Lead the implementation of technical improvements

• Develop/maintain job plans for specific repair activities

• Assist in the preparation of maintenance/capital budgets

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

• BSEE

• 5+ years’ experience power distribution/control/instrumentation for heavy industrial/chemical/refinery/pulp & paper/mining plant operations

• Troubleshooting experience of medium/high voltage power distribution/large rotating equipment/motor controls/programmable logic controllers

• Familiar with MSHA/OSHA regulations/NEC/ISA Standards/International Codes
