StaffBuffalo is actively working with one of our wonderful clients in the Southtowns to hire a Temporary, Part-Time Receptionist, for Monday – Friday from 10am – 3:30pm, for $13.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, utilize your skillset and grow your administrative experience!

This Receptionist will be the first point of contact for individuals entering the office. It is important that this Receptionist has excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to strong customer service abilities. This Receptionist will be required to handle a variety of administrative tasks including, operating the switchboard, greeting customers, directing visitors to the appropriate individuals, answering and directing incoming calls and filing. It is imperative that this Receptionist works well in a fast-pace environment and is courteous, professional and efficient.

Required Qualifications:

1 + years in an office setting

Switchboard experience a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Strong verbal and written communication Skills

Ability to work in a fast-pace environment


Associates Degree in related field
