A 140-year-old company that has a team of people who work together to manufacture door hardware and conveyors. We make all types of metal fabrications in our own factory that are sold to other businesses to be used on the production floor or to be used for sliding doors for barns, zoos, or factories. We will train the right person for this job and we will give you the support you need to learn the hardware business. We will offer you life skills to build on and there are many different paths for advancement. We are looking to bring on a new hire to round out the team and grow with our company.
Someone who has a fascination with how things work. You have either worked in construction, or a trade, or manufacturing. You can figure out how things fit together and have an interest in building things or some mechanical inclinations.
You can problem-solve, If you do not know the answer, you are not afraid to ask someone who does or research to find out. If a customer needs to know what part they need for their project, you will find the solution for them. You are do not give up easily and you enjoy helping people solve problems.
Our Customer Sales Advisor will assist our customers by phone, fax, and email in:
• Order Entry
• Product Questions
• Inside sales Opportunities
• E-Commerce Interface
• Custom Design Opportunities
• Inventory Management
• Shipping Arrangements
• Order Changes
• Freight Claims
• and Warranty Claims.
Post-training outside sales and some travel may be available to the right individual.
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Office
• Technical skills preferred: AS400 operating system
Associate’s Degree or manufacturing experience.
On-site training possible for the right person.
