JOB SUMMARY :
1. Handling Reception Area at Head Office and attending Calls.
2. Calling patients (at least 300-500 calls/day),
3. Make sure 80-90% of patients followup regularly
4. Patient counseling.
5. Managing and welcoming the patients.
6. Maintaining patient records.
7. Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi (both written & verbal communication).
8. The candidate shall be well versed in MS Office and Email.
9. Good English typing and Letter Drafting skills.
10. Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's Degree (any field).
3-5 years of experience in Front Office and Admin Work.
( NOTE: Freshers are considered for Training with Stipend Rs.5000-6000 per Month).
