Position: Japanese Service Desk Associate

Industry: BPO Company

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: P 70, 000 - P 80,000 plus other benefits

Schedule: Dayshift

Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)

Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese

At least High School graduate

Preferably with TSR/Service Desk/IT work experience

With Skills in Microsoft Office applications


Responsible for First Level IT support for a global team

Collect, document, resolve and process user incidents and requests via phone/email/chat

Explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience

Frequently communicates with team management about new solutions and open points
