We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Long-Term Care Business Office Manager. The building is in Bakersfield, California. Responsibilities include accurately billing Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Managed Care companies as well as managing general office activities.

Prior Nursing Home / SNF experience is required.

Nursing Home Business Office Manager qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of Long-Term Care reimbursement required

• Previous nursing home billing experience is required

Compensation will be negotiable based upon professional experience. The company offers an extensive menu of employee benefits options. Prior Skilled Nursing Facility BOM experience is required.
