SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Atlanta - Staff Financial Group
The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Director of Corporate Accounting and
Finance with the responsibility for assisting in the timely preparation and analysis of
monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external consolidated financial statements and
SEC reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the research
and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. He/she will also assist in the
preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual forecast.
The individual we seek must have a minimum of three to five years of experience in total,
which can be a combination of experience in the financial accounting function of a public
company (preferably a manufacturing company) and a “Big-4” public accounting firm.
Must have experience in SEC reporting for public companies, Candidates should be
experienced with computerized, integrated accounting systems as well as, general
accounting and forecast preparation.
Other specific qualifications will include:
• Good communication and presentation skills, .able to interface effectively with all levels of the Company.

Educational & Skill Requirements
The candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in accounting and be a CPA or
CPA Candidate. A Masters degree would be a plus. Experience with SEC reporting
requirements and Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance are required.
