Construction / Maintenance

Property Rental Company is looking for individuals with a strong background in the facets of renovating a residential house. Must be knowledgeable in skill trade for at least two categories, whether it's the category of *1) Exterior Construction: Siding, Roofing, Windows, etc

*2) Carpentry (repair and hang doors, trim, cabinets, repair & install steps, handrails, hang & repair drywall, painting, etc.,)

*3) Mechanical (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) BASIC and LIGHT hands-on furnace & water heater, electrical, plumbing, tree trimming, cement.

The Individual must be knowledgeable enough to accomplish requirements alone, also carry the temperament to work with others in a team.

This is a year round position and can develop into a crew leader, if desired. The Employer will give flexible hours if needed and pay raises to those who demonstrate required abilities.
