Job Description: You will be responsible for the day to day operations of Portfolio and Project Management. In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting project planning and execution of enterprise projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
Partner with business leaders and end users to facilitate project management strategy, planning and execution of project management across the enterprise portfolio as well as lead conversations on best practices and sharing resources
Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time and on budget
Plan and set project goals and milestones from initiation through implementation
Lead presentations, develop financial reports, gain approval of proposals for new initiatives, and provide effective project management support.
Evaluate and assess team performance relative to Agile principles, evaluating and assessing existing Agile processes, ceremonies, techniques and methods for continuous improvement, value delivery and establishment of Agile standards and best practices
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Provide support to scrum teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Facilitate sprint ceremonies and remove impediments
