PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The Project Finance Administrator will assist the APAC business remotely with project setups, project maintenance, billing as well as end of month reporting. You will ensure work is produced efficiently and on time within organisational standards and guidelines, whilst fostering a cohesive team environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with and ensure new Projects are setup accurately in BST and in line with awarded contract documentation and Project Initiation Forms

• Assist Project Managers with all billing, invoicing and collection activities

• Assist during the End of Month process with revenue recognition, reporting and reconciliation activities

• Ensure correct recording of budgets and subsequent variations as well as compliance with supporting contract documentation

• Provide assistance with Contract Admin tasks

• Reconcile and close out completed projects as well as maintenance of client records

• Undertaking periodic internal quality audits and assist in external and internal audits as required

• Provide BST and PM Portal support to Project Managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or any related course

• At least 3 years’ demonstrated work experience in a similar role preferably within the professional services environment

• Previous experience using BST will be highly advantageous

• Reliable and trustworthy nature when dealing with confidential issues and staff at all levels

• Drive to learn existing systems of company and identify opportunities to improve

• Ability to produce high quality professional service outcomes

• Adept at solving problems, creating innovative outcomes to service client needs and adapt to change
