ACCOUNT: Top leading brand in PH that manufactures home and living products. Calls are usually about product information, price inquiries, and order follow-ups.
In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, support, and guidance to a team of Customer Service Associates in exceeding performance metrics.
+ Preferably a bachelor's degree graduate
+ With 1-year experience in BPO as a Supervisor or equivalent role (preferably from Local Account)
+ Experience as Assistant TL / SME / QA can be considered
+ Experienced in using MS Excel
