Looking for a salesforce implementation expert to lead a testing effort for SFDC Custom configurations and testing in a dynamic setting.

Responsible for overall quality assurance efforts and deliverables including test planning, task assignment, test tool management and setup.

Lead daily testing activities for custom fields, approval process, validation rules, field dependencies, formula fields, triggers and workflow functionality.

Work collaboratively with Technical Engineers and SMEs to develop an automated regression suite for a comprehensive test of core functionalities.

Responsibilities will including defect triage, testing progress and test execution reports.


6+ years’ experience with Salesforce, automated testing, UAT, and data validation

6+ of IT experience in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, requirement engineering, development, enhancements, testing, and maintenance of Multi-tier, web-based, and portal based object oriented enterprise applications.

Experience in developing Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for new Tasks, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements.

Implemented security and sharing rules for different users at different levels of organization.

Created page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists and VF Pages on a record detail and edit page.

Experienced in training and mentoring team members with product knowledge and business processes.

Strong work ethic, taking ownership of all duties and responsibilities and meeting management objectives.

Conduct Release Management tasks required to promote tested functionality from sandbox into a production environment

Creativity and flexibility to face and resolve challenges, Good presentation skills and effective team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certified Developer or Administrator with 4 years’ experience in Administration, Configuration and Customization, Requirements/Business Analysis, Implementation, Data Migration and Support of Salesforce CRM.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
