• Managing the Front desk and handling all calls/visitors politely
• Attend client quarry in reception.
• Meetings / Calendar Management
• Handling routine vendors
• Assisting finance team by preparing travel / taxi summaries and imprest for routine payments
• Supporting HR functions such as handling the housekeeping, support staff and drivers for the smooth functioning.
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answering Phones : Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
