Support of the company compliance with OSHA, EPA and other environmental regulatory agencies. Supports the coordination of EHS training schedules, Hearing conservation and Respiratory protection programs, hazardous material chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheet updates and depository.

• Experience:

4 years’ experience in managing daily EHS compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Hazardous Waste management, APCD permits and compliance. Experience developing and presenting training in all areas of H&S including respirator training, LOTO, forklift, PPE and other safety programs associated with manufacturing operations. Experience in managing and updating ISO 14001 programs. Experience in implementing and maintaining recycling and sustainability programs.

• Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc.

Forklifts, small and benchtop power tools

• Communication and Language skills:

Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written

Must be able to clearly pass information concerning safety precautions to staff

Ability to chair meetings and presentations

Ability to perform audits, plainly write, and submit reports
