Human Resources Manager
Salary $80,000 - $90,000 plus Bonus & Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Southeast USA
THIS POSITION REQUIRES STABLE HUMAN RESOURCE EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING PLANT.
This growing manufacturer is searching for a strategic HR professional. The opportunities are exciting and challenging both short term and long term with this client.
The responsibilities for this professional will be all the generalist activities in a Human Resource Manager role in this non-union facility. Will handle planning and team development for operations. Will maintain current programs. Develop and implement new Human Resource programs. Employee relations, safety, hiring, and training are a major portion of this position. The company wants this HR Leader to be a Business Partner for the organization. Will have a lot of support from an internal staff and interaction with corporate headquarters. This position reports into a Regional HR Manager. Must be willing to take on new challenges now and in the future.
Requirements for this Human Resources Manager position:
• Bachelors degree mandatory
• At last 4 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing operation
• Team developer, strategic planning and organizational development
• Excellent Employee Relations and Labor Relations skills, including grievance and negotiations skills.
