We are looking for a Business / Marketing Manager This position reports to the COO / Vice President and will work closely with the product development team and to manage the business development and expansion.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product or Portal Marketing in the HR Software Industry. Strong creative and ideation abilities that can uplift a technology concept. Have the innate ability to understand technology capabilities and map, translate and communicate them in a way that resonates strongly with both internal and external stakeholders. Confident in peering with technology experts, counterbalancing their expertise with good understanding of market trends and customer adoption needs Confident personal, outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Ability to translate complex, technical language into insightful, readable content and collateral. Ability to share knowledge through training and coaching of a distributed sales team. Excel in Customer facing environments where your ability to translate technical concepts into relevant business needs allows you to shine. Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Undergraduate qualification preferred.
