This is our direct client opening for Technical Project Manager, Bellevue, WA. This is 1 year Contract Position.

Role Summary: We are looking to identify a TAM (Technical Account Management) team member with hands-on experience in GSM/CDMA/4G/5G LTE who can manage and lead network interoperability for mobile products while maintaining client relations and communicate effectively with R&D. Manage the operations of the certification and IOT process and oversee development of standards and testing.
Technical analysis on the technical issues with R&D department and communication channel between carrier and R&D department for IOTs.
Communicate and collaborate with wireless mobile carrier including Lab support, 3rd party companies and internal departments such as R&D, Standards, Quality, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
Propose technical roadmap and build strategic plans of technology and product based on solid understanding of market trends, carrier requirements, industry standards, product specification and company directions
Communicate and collaborate with technical partners such as chipset makers, infrastructure vendors and OS providers in order to resolve technical issues and to build strategic plans
Lead and build great relations with internal and external customers
Manage and coordinate interoperability testing events from development stage to certification stage including Domestic and Global field network.
Support to get carrier certification for all mobile products and technical end point to carrier for the field network issues.
Create the documents / process for team to ensure all team’s milestones and engineering activities are captured to ensure they are in line with the overall schedule of the projects.
Provide technical support by verifying handset functionalities as expected including Radio access Technology, Regulatory and Location Technology, Device and IMS Services, Hardware Technology and UX, etc.
BS or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience in the engineering field of mobile devices is preferred, preferably T-Mobile devices
Required years of experience: Bachelors with 10 years / Masters with 8 yrs / PHD with 6 yrs
10+ years of Product/ Program Management experience on an end-user facing product and working with one or more IOT Core Platforms
10+ years of experience programming on embedded device technology and network protocols
Fluent bi-language skills (English and Korean)
