Industrial Software Sales

Our industrial technology client has asked us to find two Industrial Software Sales who can be based anywhere in the vicinity of Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Knoxville or Nashville.

KPIs

• Manage a defined book of business

• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• Provide primary interface with targeted accounts for business development

• Define account strategies to execute sales plans

• Work daily with Salesforce CRM system to communicate and track account activities

• Utilize available support from Technical sales, Quality, Marketing, and Product Development

• Execute new market opportunities by cross selling and upselling new features

• Support Project Managers in new project rollouts

QUALIFICATIONS and other stuff:

• Experience in industrial technology sales, application sales, consultative sales, SaaS sales

• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plan

• Ability to run, lead, negotiate & finalize large deals

• Develop sound understanding of contract terms

• Excellent written skills and presentation skills

• Ability to lead large meetings and effectively communicate value to multiple leadership levels

• Strong communication skills and CRM (Salesforce) utilization

• Ability to effectively communicate with product developments and marketing teams

• Ability to travel up to 80% if required by the business needs

• Capability of working independently without supervision

• Experience with data collection devices

• Engineering degree in Controls, EE, Mechatronics or other relevant education/experience

• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience

• 3-5+ years’ experience selling in Pulp and Paper with a knowledge of digital integration

• Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound

Compensation particulars:

• Salary in $100-$120K+ range

• OTE to $140-$160K+ range
