Sr. Business Operations Coordinator - RTC

Help support strategic initiatives, process improvement, cross-functional alignment, and the integration of business initiatives into daily operations.
Provide support for cross-functional teams through the maintenance of calendars and meetings/processes as well as management of deliverables, website data entry and process documentation.
Partner with cross-functional operations teams to unlock efficiencies and drive resolution.
Act as the liaison between Merchants, Digital Planners, and Digital Commerce teams
Manage the deliverables, calendars and tasks needed for each floorset and communicate to cross-functional partners
Own/Support Omni processes and tools
Own Asset data collection, entry, and maintenance
Attend meetings to help troubleshoot, find efficiencies and recap takeaways
Track digital assets for cross functional teams
Work with the sample library for samples to get expediated photos of laydowns and swatches
Ability to flex into other operational functions during high peak work weeks
Ability to provide communication/follow-up with cross-functional teams
Ability to adhere to due dates set by digital milestone process
Ability to prioritize immediate deliverables and work with manager on priority by day/by week.
Resourceful - Develop relationships with key cross functional partners.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of related work experience preferred

1 - 3 years of e-commerce, merchandising or creative experience
Experience in the Fashion Industry
Computer proficient (Excel; Word; Outlook, Smartsheet, Adobe InDesign)
