AGRC proposes to provide one outsourced Benefits Administrator to Client. Following are key areas typically handled. The outsourced Staff may or may not become involved in certain of these activities during the term of this Outsourcing Agreement.
Operation of Workday benefits software module to support benefit eligibility and vendor feeds
Strategic analysis associated with benefits management
Support the development, audit and administration of the Company’s benefits portfolio
Review weekly insurance carrier files and identify discrepancies as well as correct any errors
Review employee-initiated benefit changes for approval
Responsible for reviewing benefit deductions in payroll for accuracy
Coordinate processes for benefits administration, including medical/dental/life insurance, short-term disability(STD), long term disability (LTD) flexible spending accounts (FSA), and voluntary benefits
Assist with new hire orientation and coordination of annual open enrollments
Audit monthly premium invoices to the carriers; resolves discrepancies with carriers, payroll and the company
Responsible for the billing process in order providers are paid on a timely basis
Service employee questions related to benefits
Assist with new hire benefit enrollment
Coordinate special projects as needed
Ensure benefits processes are in compliance with federal and state regulations and Bell Partners Inc. Human Resource Policies
Participate in surveys to determine competitiveness and efficiency of administered benefits
