Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Administration and other equivalent courses. Master Degree is a plus factor.
With a minimum of five (5) years work experience in Human Resources, wherein four (4) years must be in Assistant or Managerial capacity, preferably from an IT or Service Oriented Company.
A generalist with hands-on experience in Organization Development (OD), Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, KPI based Performance Management (PMS), Labor Laws, Employee/Industrial Relations, and Compensation & Benefits Possess ongoing affiliation with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practices effective Human Resources Management and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Above Average in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Above average verbal and written communication skills Able to work effectively with all levels of management
