Growing manufacturing company in Exeter, NH is searching for an Office Administrator t to join their Administrative team. This company produces a gorgeous handcrafted product, with a focus on consistently high quality fabrication. If you are looking to join an administrative team supporting a unique New England product, this role may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities for this role:

Answer and direct all inbound phone calls and emails to proper departments

Work with shipping, purchase orders, A/R, and A/P

Variety of administrative tasks related to office needs

Qualifications for the Office Administrator:

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office, e-mails, group messaging, and data collection

Ability to prioritize, handle pressure and responsibility, and work within deadlines

High attention to detail

This position is a full-time position, Monday –Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am – 12pm.
