Williamson Employment is seeking a Data Collector for a Grand Rapids research company. This position is long term to permanent, benefits upon hire in: medical, dental and 401K.Our client has been providing businesses with research to enhance their companies for 20 years. As a Data Collector you will be conducting research online, making phone calls to businesses and documenting information. Training hours are 10am-4pm *hours may vary, after training; schedule is flexible to work between the hours of 4am to 10pm. Required Skills/Qualifications:

*MUST HAVE strong attention to detail and self motivated

*Working knowledge of computers and MS Office programs

*Solid work history and customer service experience

Job Requirements:

*Strong telephone etiquette

*Professional attitude and demeanor

*Excellent customer service skills

*Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

*Pre-employment drug screen and nationwide background check
