Requirement:

-Proficient in English and Mandarin (Speaking only)

-Able to work in Ara Damansara

-Applicant must be willing to work on 7am - 2am Rotational Shift (Schedule will be given weekly/ bi-weekly). 9 hours per shift including 1hour break time.

- Rotational Off Day (5 days work per week).

-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

-Handling inbound call pertaining to telco enquiries, complaints, raising issues and to exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
