This regional hospital in southeast GA is seeking a board certified or board eligible Otolaryngologist to join their team! Physician should expect to ramp up quickly as currently, there are no other ENTs in this service area and the demand for ENT care is critical. The practice is already set up with the equipment needed to begin offering comprehensive ENT care to the patients in this community. Physician must be board certified or eligible with plans to take boards.

• Expected call will be 10 days per month with the ability to pick up more call if desired

The medical center is a 231-bed, full service, acute care medical facility that has been providing high quality medical care to the greater Waycross community and southeast Georgia region for more than 60 years. The hospital serves as regional referral center for more than 185,000 residents across nine counties in Southeast Georgia. Key services include a very busy ER where we treat more than 45,000 emergencies each year; our Heart, Cancer, Surgery, Rehabilitation, Sleep and Birthing Centers with specialists trained specifically for these needs; and an extensive Mental Health program for children, adults and those suffering with memory loss. Survey data for the latest year available indicates 32,645 patients visited the hospital's emergency room. The hospital had a total of 6,586 admissions. Its physicians performed 1,836 inpatient and 4,500 outpatient surgeries.
